150–250 ms late (aptX Low Latency, about 40),
which leaves the words running ahead of the room — slide
right. A TV doing motion or upscaling processing delays the
picture by roughly 40–120 ms outside game
mode, which puts the words behind — slide left.
Adjust while a song is playing and listen; you are correcting the
difference between the two, not each one separately.
